Learn About Our Shared Care Solutions

The new NHS models of care demand collaboration across healthcare teams. We meet this requirement with an unrivalled solution for integrated shared care designed from the outset to make patient information, centralised appointments and clinical outcomes available across multi-specialty teams, clusters, federations and primary care networks.

We are pleased to announce that we are both exhibiting and participating in a Panel Discussion at this year's Best Practice Show, showcasing our solutions for Shared Care service delivery, as well as how we here at Cegedim are working towards future-proofing these solutions in the years to come.

Our Shared Care solution is robust and cohesive, and includes the following apps:
Vision Anywhere

Built to work at scale with shared patient records in real time, Vision Anywhere seamlessly integrates with your local healthcare economy, allowing you to support different patients, in different settings and different locations.

Designed with efficiency at its heart, clinicians are able to record consultations quickly with predictive, dynamic data entry for common observations, clinical terms, decision support and intuitive prescription management.

But don't just take our word for it:

Russell Hale, Information Technology Manager at the Tay Court Surgery shares about their experience:

“The migration to the new system has been a smooth process so far, with plenty of support along the way. It does require some preparation work by the practice but this was fairly minimal. Engagement from practice staff (particularly in adopting the new Appointments system) is needed but it has been worth it. It is also important to make sure that any external staff (DN’s/Pharmacists, etc.) are aware of what is happening so that they can carry out training and attend webinars. We found the training and webinars to be useful and the fact that they are online allowed staff to access them when convenient.”

“All users (clinical & non-clinical) have commented on the considerable improvement to speed compared to the old server, both in Vision itself but also with Docman. And it is a great benefit that the process of logging into the hosted service is virtually identical to the process for connecting to the previous GP server.”

“The whole process of migrating from first contact through to post-live has been well supported and I feel that Cegedim have kept me up-to-date with the migration at every step and whenever I have encountered a problem (or simply had a query), they responded promptly and everyone has been friendly and helpful.”
